The works selected at the end of the year will share the prize fund of $ 3,000
The jury organizing committee decided to support the filmmakers with the help of attracted sponsors and organize cash prizes as well, knowing how difficult it is for independent creators to find funds to create works.
Best Feature Film of the Year: $500
Best Short Film of the Year: $500
Best Documentary of the Year: $500
Best Experimental Film of the Year: $500
Prize fund for other categories of works: $ 1,000
Rules:
1. The language of presentation of works:

- All films presented at the festival must be presented in English or with English subtitles.
- If the film is shot in another language, it must be dubbed, translated or subtitled into English.
- If possible, provide the original version of the film with English dubbing for audiovisual presentation at the festival.
- Make sure that the dubbing quality meets the standards and does not distort the content of the film.

2. Copyright:

- Make sure that you have all the necessary permits and licenses to present your work at the festival.
- Check that all materials in your work are your intellectual property and do not infringe the copyrights of others.
- Take measures to protect your work from unauthorized use.
- Make sure that you have permission to use materials related to your work, such as trailers, photographs and promotional materials, during the festival, including the use of these materials in the media or on Internet sites.

3. Consent to the use of images and sounds:

- If there are images or sounds in your film that require the consent of individuals, such as models, famous personalities or musicians, make sure that you have written consent to use their images or sounds in your film.

4. Distribution agreements:

- If you plan to submit your work to distribution, make sure that you have signed written contracts with distributors to determine the terms and conditions of use and distribution.

5. Personal data protection:

- Venice Under the Stars – International Film Festival undertakes not to distribute, store or transfer to third parties the personal data of festival participants.

6. The application cannot be withdrawn after the announcement of the official selection.

- Entrance fees are non-refundable.
- Dear cinematographers, please beware of fraudulent actions, we will never ask you to pay any commissions and additional expenses for the transfer of prize funds, carefully check with the original mail of the festival, all communication and resolution of any issues is conducted only through - iffvenice2020@outlook.com
